Donation Disclaimer

Sigue Jugando is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations made to Sigue Jugando are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Processing
Donations are processed securely through Squarespace. We do not store your payment information.

Designated Funds
If you choose to give to a specific fund (such as the Quinceañera Scholarship Fund or Sports Equipment Scholarship Fund), we make every effort to direct your gift accordingly. In the event a fund is fully supported or a program changes, your gift may be redirected to a fund with similar purpose, at our discretion.

Refunds
Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us at info@siguejugando.org within 30 days.

Recurring Gifts (Team Sigue)
By signing up for a recurring gift, you authorize Sigue Jugando to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel or modify your recurring gift at any time by contacting us at info@siguejugando.org.

Tax Receipt
You will receive a confirmation email for your records. For gifts over $250, an official tax receipt will be provided as required by IRS guidelines. If you have a question about your donation or need a copy of your receipt, contact us at info@siguejugando.org.
